In person
Three people who tried it.
I used to close breathing apps before they finished loading. This one is just a button. It is the first one I have actually kept.
I use it between meetings, when my head is still in the last one. A minute, and I can start the next one properly.
No streaks, no notifications telling me I have failed at breathing. I open it when I need it and forget it when I do not. That is why it stayed on my phone.

The free app is complete. Pro makes it yours.

Straight answers
Before you download it.
Is the free version crippled?
No. Box and Calm, one-minute guided resets, optional sounds, haptics and the widget are free, with no ads and no account. Pro is there when you want more patterns or longer resets.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a breathing timer. It measures nothing, diagnoses nothing and treats nothing. If something is wrong with your health, talk to a doctor, not an app.
What do you collect?
Anonymous product events — sessions started and completed, pattern and duration, optional better/same feedback, paywall activity and purchase status. No names, email, advertising identifier, precise location or written breathing notes. Read the full policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Breathing needs no connection. Only buying or restoring Pro does.
Apple Watch?
Not yet. There is a Lock Screen widget on iPhone today.
Who makes it?
One person. I built it because I wanted it, and I use it most days. Alexis Santos.
