Privacy, in plain English.

Breathe Now has no account system and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, health records, voice, photos or written breathing notes.
What the app collects
The app sends a small set of anonymous product events: first open; breathing sessions started and completed; selected pattern and duration; optional check-in response (“better” or “same”); what you choose after a session; paywall views; and purchase starts, completions or cancellations. These events include app version, build number, sandbox or production environment, and country when the system makes it available.
A randomly generated identifier is used to distinguish one installation or anonymous customer from another. It is not your Apple advertising identifier and Breathe Now does not connect it to your real-world identity.
Why it is collected
Product interaction data is used to understand whether the reset helps people finish a session, return, discover Pro and complete a purchase. Purchase history is used to unlock Pro, restore purchases, prevent fraud and measure sales.
Who processes it
- PostHog Cloud EU processes the named anonymous product events for analytics. Automatic screen capture, element capture, session replay, error capture and person profiles are disabled. IP-based geolocation is disabled and client IP storage is turned off.
- RevenueCat processes App Store purchase receipts, product and entitlement information, and an anonymous customer identifier so Pro can be purchased and restored.
- Apple processes App Store purchases and may provide attribution information under Apple’s own terms.
No cross-app tracking
Breathe Now does not sell your data, show ads, use the AppTrackingTransparency permission, or combine app activity with third-party data to target advertising across other companies’ apps or websites.
On-device data
Your settings, selected breathing pattern, session totals and Pro entitlement cache are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes its local data. Anonymous analytics and purchase records already processed by service providers may remain for security, accounting and service-retention periods.
Your choices
The completion check-in is optional and can be skipped. Because there is no account and analytics are deliberately anonymous, I may not be able to identify one person’s analytics events for access or deletion. For privacy questions, contact alexis.santos.perez@gmail.com.
